We don’t use a web form — please reach us directly by email at the address that matches your inquiry above. To help us route and answer your message quickly, include:
- Your name
- A clear subject (Editorial / Press / Partnership / Other)
- Your message, with relevant article URLs if you’re reporting a correction
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 14 business days.
What We Cannot Help With
- Personal travel planning (we publish guides, but we don’t customize itineraries)
- Visa application advice (please consult your nearest Japanese embassy)
- Personal investment advice (we may write about Japan’s financial system, but we are not advisors)
- Hotel or restaurant reservations (we don’t act as a booking agent)
